"This is my third time ordering from you guys, and I just wanted to say thank you. Every experience has been outstanding. The ordering process is always simple, and my orders arrive quickly. I recommend your company to everyone I know and always tell them to order from your website. I really appreciate the great service—keep up the excellent work!"

First time putting on the

"First time putting on the pants the button to the waist broke. I've been buying workwrite pants for 9 years. This is the first time I've ever had one with this kind of issue."

Please help us!

"As someone who wears these pants for long shifts in a physically demanding profession, I'm extremely disappointed by the inconsistent fit and quality control. The biggest issue is sizing. Two pairs ordered in the exact same size can fit completely differently—one may be comfortable while the next is tight in the waist, restrictive through the thighs, or have a different rise and leg cut. When you're climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, lifting patients, or working on emergency scenes, consistency and mobility aren't luxuries—they're necessities. Unfortunately, it feels like there is very little incentive for improvement because many fire departments are required to purchase these pants through approved vendors, leaving the people who actually wear them with little choice or influence. The end user is stuck with an expensive product that often doesn't fit as expected. This isn't about fashion; it's about comfort, performance, and safety for active professionals who rely on their gear every day. We need better quality control, more consistent sizing, and a genuine effort to listen to firefighter feedback. Please treat this as a request from the people who wear these pants every shift: invest in improving the fit and consistency. Firefighters deserve equipment that works as hard as they do."

"I have several pairs of these pants, the sizing is inconsistent. I would expect them to last longer for the price. I have to have them for work so I don't have a choice, if it was my choice, I would choose different pants."

"I have ordered these pants in the past and I have been happy with the fit and durability."

The women's sizes never fit

"The women's sizes never fit write, always too big in thighs, so I go with the men's fit that are not tight nor loose around my small frame. They hold up well and have been wearing workright since 2004."

Terrible for the price

"These are the worst fitting pants I've ever worn. Period. After trying multiple sizes there are none that fit well. The comfort of these is nonexistent. All day wear is miserable for me. Not sure what standard they use to size these pants but these are absolutely atrocious considering the price. Only upside is they are durable and hold color well so I can be uncomfortable for longer periods of time. I have no choice in the matter considering my dept chose to make this model mandatory for our uniforms."
